"The director appreciates your works on the IT Security Awareness Program, your design and stuffs", my boss told me this morning. I am flattered, and continued to my another designs.
Lunch time, boys came over to my place and said,"you were star on management meeting last friday". I only smile to them and we went out for lunch.
Inside my head, I've been thinking...
A director, I don't personally know, the one who joint the community about a year ago, the one who at first I considered as a leader who will bring spontaneous, open minded and fun working environment, but later on turned out to be a leader I don't like because what people around me say about him. He critisized a lot to a unit, that he thinks that unit is like a mummy. While I know, the unit is working on something. What I don't agree with him is, he never see for himself what is going on units under him. He only heard from someone he trusted, which don't know much either. So despite of confronting with him on those matter, I started to send him all of my works. So he knows and doesn't need somebody to tell him (which can be un true information). I am looking forward to have a chance to sit and talk or arguing with him.
Today, I found out he gives me credit. WOW. He wants all my designs work bundled in one printed book.
I am happy of course. The best reward is when you got compliment from your enemy.
